Astell House Care Home

We have made a link with our local care home Astell House, a Lilian Faithful Home.

Our pupils can walk there to visit and spend time with the residents. 

Year 1 have been learning about our community and why it is important. They wrote letters to their adopted grandparents and drew maps of a safe route to get there. 

To finish their project they will be sewing cushions to give as a gift.
